Consent to electronic records and signatures.

Revolution Picture Cars, LLC (“Revolution”, “we”, or “us”) uses electronic records and electronic signatures to deliver, execute, and store the documents involved in using our platform — including rental agreements, booking confirmations, insurance certificates, inspection reports, invoices, payment authorizations, tax forms, and notices or disclosures we are required to provide you (collectively, “Records”).

We deliver Records and collect signatures electronically through our platform and through our electronic signature provider, DocuSign, Inc. By consenting, you agree that we may provide all Records to you in electronic form, and that your electronic signature on a Record has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature on paper, as provided by the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and applicable state Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) laws.

Your consent applies to all Records we provide or request in connection with your Revolution Account and your bookings, listings, and other use of the Services, unless and until you withdraw it as described below.

You are not required to receive Records electronically. You may request a paper copy of any Record we have provided to you electronically, at no charge, by emailing concierge@revolution.film or writing to Revolution Picture Cars, LLC, 730 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 600, Atlanta, Georgia 30308. Please include your name, the email address associated with your Revolution Account, and a description of the Record you are requesting.

Records signed through DocuSign also remain available to you for download and printing directly from the signing session and from the completion email DocuSign sends you. We encourage you to download or print a copy of every Record for your files.

You may withdraw your consent to receive Records electronically at any time. To withdraw consent, email concierge@revolution.film with your name and the email address associated with your Revolution Account, stating that you withdraw your consent to electronic records and signatures. Your withdrawal becomes effective within a reasonable time after we receive it.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the legal validity or enforceability of Records that were provided to you or signed by you electronically before your withdrawal took effect.

Because the Revolution platform operates electronically, withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to continue providing you some or all of the Services. If you withdraw consent, transactions that require executed documents — such as new bookings or listings — may be delayed or unavailable until paper alternatives can be arranged, and some features of your Revolution Account may be suspended or closed.

We will provide Records to you by one or more of the following methods: displaying them in your Revolution Account or in the app, sending them to the email address associated with your Revolution Account, sending a text message to the phone number on your account with a link to the Record, or delivering them through a DocuSign signing session sent to your email address.

It is your responsibility to keep the email address and phone number on your Revolution Account accurate and current, and to maintain the ability to receive, open, and read the Records we send. We are not responsible for your failure to receive a Record sent to outdated contact information you have not corrected.

You can update the email address or phone number where we send Records at any time by logging into your Revolution Account and editing your profile, or by emailing concierge@revolution.film with your old and new contact information. Updates take effect within a reasonable time after we receive them.

To receive, view, sign, and retain electronic Records, you will need:

• A device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with a supported operating system.
• A current version of a common web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox) with cookies and JavaScript enabled.
• A valid email address, and the ability to receive email with hyperlinks to websites.
• Software capable of displaying PDF files (such as a browser PDF viewer or Adobe Acrobat Reader).
• Sufficient storage to download and save Records, or access to a printer to print them.
• An internet connection.

If our hardware or software requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you will not be able to access or retain your Records, we will notify you of the revised requirements. Continuing to use the Services after that notice reaffirms your consent.

By creating a Revolution Account, checking an e-sign consent box, proceeding with a DocuSign signing session we send you, or continuing to use the Services after being presented with this disclosure, you confirm that:

• You can access and read this E-Sign Consent disclosure.
• You can print or save a copy of this disclosure for your records, or email us for a paper copy at no charge.
• You meet the hardware and software requirements described above and have an active email address on file with us.
• You consent to receive all Records related to your Revolution Account and your use of the Services exclusively in electronic form, and to use electronic signatures in place of handwritten signatures.
• Your consent remains in effect until you withdraw it as described in Withdrawing Your Consent.
