Raleigh Studios Hollywood is a film and television production facility that bills itself as the longest continuously operating studio in the United States, in business since 1915. Located at 5300 Melrose Avenue in Hollywood (with an additional Saticoy/Van Nuys location), it provides sound stages, production offices, and studio support services for film, TV, and commercial productions. The lot has a long cinematic history, with early figures such as Charlie Chaplin, Douglas Fairbanks, and Mary Pickford having worked there, and Best Picture Academy Award winners 'The Best Years of Our Lives' (1946) and 'In the Heat of the Night' (1967) filmed on the lot. Lighting and grip equipment access is provided through MBS Equipment Company, part of The MBS Group, and the studios are affiliated with Hackman Capital Partners.
