Saticoy Studios is a purpose-built soundstage facility in the Lake Balboa / Van Nuys area of the San Fernando Valley, opened in 2012. The roughly 59,000-square-foot property contains two purpose-built soundstages totaling nearly 30,000 square feet, designed to be well-suited for live-audience television production along with film and commercial work. The facility is owned by an affiliate of Hackman Capital Partners and operated and serviced by The MBS Group, tying it into the broader Hackman/MBS studio platform and its Raleigh Studios venture. As a smaller, modern, freestanding stage complex in the Valley, it offers production tenants dedicated space away from the larger Hollywood lots. It has functioned as a leased soundstage for streaming and broadcast production in recent years.
