The Lot at Formosa, at 1041 N. Formosa Avenue in West Hollywood, occupies one of Hollywood's most storied lots, originally built in 1919 as the Pickford-Fairbanks Studios and later operating as United Artists Studio, Samuel Goldwyn Studio, and Warner Hollywood Studios. CIM Group acquired the property in 2007 and, after a major renovation, rebranded it as The Lot at Formosa in 2021, operating it as a full-service creative campus with about seven sound stages plus post-production, office space, and event venues across more than 200,000 square feet. Classic films associated with the lot include Some Like It Hot and West Side Story, while recent productions shot on the campus include HBO's Euphoria, Big Little Lies, and The Rehearsal. The lot sits adjacent to the historic Formosa Cafe on Santa Monica Boulevard.
