Towers Productions is a Chicago-based television production company founded in 1989 by Jonathan Towers, specializing in factual, documentary, and reality programming. The company has produced over one thousand hours of programming for U.S. and international networks including A&E, CNN, Discovery Channel, History, National Geographic Channel, PBS, TLC, and The Weather Channel. At its height it was one of Chicago's largest production companies, second only in staff size to Harpo Studios. Its signature series include American Justice, Biography, The Final Report, and Storm Stories. In recent years the company has downsized to adapt to changes in the television production industry.
