Nims Center Studio is a film and television production studio in Harahan, Louisiana (greater New Orleans), operating as a division of the University of New Orleans Foundation and serving the film industry since 1999. The nearly 100,000-square-foot facility includes five sound stages totaling more than 50,000 square feet, four green screens, roughly 45 production offices, editing suites, a mixing room, a 40-seat screening room, climate-controlled costume and prop storage, and a 2.5-acre back lot. It provides space and support for feature films, network television, and streaming productions, and is home to Cineworks, a full-service film lab and post-production studio, plus a full ADR and recording studio. The studio has also partnered with Pix-el to offer LED virtual-production technology to productions in the Gulf South region.
