Kearny Point
Kearny, New Jersey(approximate location)
Kearny Point is Hugo Neu Corporation's roughly 4-million-square-foot, approximately $1 billion redevelopment of a historic WWI and WWII shipyard in Kearny, NJ, now home to more than 200 businesses including a cluster of film and television soundstage operators. The campus, built out in phases, hosts multiple stage facilities such as Palisade Stages, 10 Basin Studios, and Sustainable Studios, making it one of the largest concentrations of production space in New Jersey. It is located within the 8-mile NY studio zone, just minutes from Manhattan. The site combines manufacturing, office, and media-production tenants in adaptively reused historic shipyard buildings.
