Netflix Studios Fort Monmouth
Oceanport, New Jersey(approximate location)
Netflix Studios Fort Monmouth is a major film and television production campus under construction on the former U.S. Army base Fort Monmouth, spanning roughly 292 acres across Oceanport and Eatontown, NJ. Netflix purchased the site for about $55 million (closing December 5, 2025) and plans to invest roughly $900 million to $1 billion total, building 12 soundstages totaling nearly 500,000 square feet plus a mill, backlots, and support structures. Groundbreaking was May 13, 2025, and after demolishing about 85 former military buildings, work is proceeding in two phases: Phase 1A (four roughly 22,000-square-foot stages in Oceanport) targeted for 2027 and Phase 1B (eight stages in Eatontown) for 2028. It received $387 million in NJEDA Aspire tax credits. When complete it is expected to be Netflix's second-largest production facility after ABQ Studios.
