204 Texas is the Texas campus of Los Angeles-based production-rental and studio house Line 204, led by CEO and producer Alton Butler. Situated on a nearly 600-acre self-sustained site hugging the Colorado River east of Austin in Bastrop County, the complex is planned to include six to eight soundstages, including two 10,000-square-foot stages, a three-story office building and a warehouse with mill space. The campus also offers on-site grip, lighting and truck rentals plus a working longhorn ranch with immersive sets where visitors can stay overnight. The project broke ground in early 2026 and is bringing major studio infrastructure to Central Texas.
