It bills itself as the largest stage complex under one roof in the United States, with roughly 465,000 square feet of space across four 30,000-square-foot soundstages, each equipped with heavy power distribution and dedicated 'silent air' HVAC. Beyond the stages, the facility offers over 150,000 square feet of air-conditioned flex space for set construction, set dressing, wardrobe, SFX, plus production offices and support spaces for catering, cast holding, and table reads.
