OFS is a 160-acre studio campus in Norcross owned and operated by Gwinnett County, located off I-85 at Jimmy Carter Blvd, about 15-20 minutes from downtown Atlanta. The former Western Electric / fiber-optic cable plant offers over 300,000 square feet of column-free warehouse and soundstage space, including an 80,000-square-foot west stage, a 50,000-square-foot east stage, and a 60,000-square-foot two-floor steel structure, with ceilings 30-40 feet high plus roughly 11 acres of outdoor filming areas. The county purchased the site in 2018 to grow film production, and around 70 productions have used it since. It is known for its massive open spaces capable of hosting multiple simultaneous productions including features, TV, music videos, and commercials.
